Re-entry Permit

A green card re-entry permit is a travel document issued by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that allows permanent or conditional residents of the United States to return to the U.S. after spending more than one year out of the country. To apply for a re-entry permit, a green card holder must file Form I-131 with USCIS before traveling out of the U.S. for an extended period.
