Hilary C. Chadwick

Ms. Chadwick has over eight years of experience practicing immigration law. She joined Scott D. Pollock & Associates, PC, in 2024. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Staff Attorney with the Anti-Trafficking Initiative at Sanctuary for Families in New York.

Hilary’s expertise in immigration solutions and victims’ rights advocacy for survivors of crime stems from over fifteen years of advocacy work in the U.S. and Mexico. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she received the Warren S. Gilford Humanity and Law Prize. In addition, she achieved high honors for her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and English from Lehigh University. Hilary is fluent in Spanish.

More About Hilary

Hilary has experience representing clients in their immigration cases, including VAWA, T and U visas, adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, and consular processing. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National VAWA, U and T Visa Committee, and provides assistance to attorneys across the country on immigration relief for survivors of crime. Her depth of knowledge and experience has allowed her to train other attorneys on human trafficking and T visas. She has instructed law enforcement officials, attorneys, healthcare providers, and community members about human trafficking and immigration law.
