Mr. Castañeda has over 4 years of experience practicing immigration law and joined the firm in 2018. He concentrates his practice in employment and family based immigration, applications for immigrant and non-immigrant visas at embassies and consulates overseas, applications for waivers of inadmissibility, deportation/exclusion/removal proceedings, citizenship and naturalization, asylum, appeals and representing minors in special immigrant juvenile status cases.He graduated from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, he was active in the Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) Legal Fraternity - coordinating professional development events as well as fundraising for Loyola's Law School Public Interest Law Society. He was also an arbitrator with the International Commercial Arbitration and CISG Team.
Mr. Castañeda is fluent in Spanish and proficient in German.
