Dalia Fuleihan has over four years’ experience in immigration law. Prior to joining Scott D. Pollock & Associates, Ms. Fuleihan was a Senior Attorney at the National Immigrant Justice Center where she concentrated on asylum and the representation of Afghan evacuees.
From 2018 to 2020 she was an Immigrant Justice Corps Fellow at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association where she focused on removal defense, asylum, and representation of detained immigrants.
Ms. Fuleihan holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, she interned with the regional office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Washington, D.C., the International Refugee Assistance Project, and the National Immigrant Justice Center.
Ms. Fuleihan has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2018, and a member of the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) since 2016. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Fuleihan is the Editor in Chief of the NLG Review.
