“Hugo Rojas of Scott D. Pollock & Associates, P.C. is the immigration lawyer who assisted me. He helped my company in preparing the documents for the border in achieving my TN-Visa. He also helped in preparing the documents in applying to the US Dept. of Labor for sponsorship. Everything went fine for he knows the stages/ process and all the legalities needed by the USCIS. When the we apply for the adjustment of status, he also prepared the application for the EAD/ Advance Parole so that I could go in and out of the US. Everything is smooth and easy because he checks and advise the necessary documents before submitting the USCIS Forms. Finally, I got my green card without any interview.”

“My h1b transfer has taken by Hugo Rojas which is very complicated and challenging for him every filing ( 2 h1b extensions , 1 i140 approval ). my previous employer without noticing went out of business due to fraud investigation by Department of Labor. So everytime i get RFE for out of status or employment experience with my previous employer he make sure it went through the petition. Hugo is one of the most competent attorneys I found who I believe most.”

“My experience working with Hugo exceeded all of my expectations. We contacted Hugo near the final step of my EB2 Visa application. He was very helpful and professional. He was very clear about exactly what was needed and walked us through every step of designing and packaging our application in a way that gave us the best chance of success. There are so many minor details that only someone with experience and knowledge would know, and each of those details could be a reason for the USCIS to deny the application. There were many parts of the application (more than I can remember or count) that needed expertise far beyond ours. For example, he helped us draft the letters of explanation in the exact style that the immigration agents want in order to give us the best chance of getting approved – something only an expert would know.
Hugo was always available throughout the entire process, both by phone and in person. He made it easy to understand what was needed and was efficient in providing everything in a timely manner that allowed us to complete the process as quickly as possible. But his assistance didn’t end after the application was filed. He monitored and informed us of the progress of our application at every step and was there to explain what each result meant. At one point, the application was returned with a request for more information. Without Hugo’s guidance, we never would have known the right way to proceed and the right information to provide to allow our application process to continue and be approved.
If you are looking for an attorney to help with your immigration application and want someone who will pour his heart into it and give you the best chance of success, I cannot state strongly enough my recommendation for Hugo Rojas.”
